Catherine

you just made my night!

mankvill

How many times have they come through here in the last few years?

Joe

Do you know if Neko will be with them?

Matt

I've read that Neko Case and Dan Bejar will both be on this tour.

As good as the entire band is, I think drummer Kurt Dahle often gets overlooked as a key component. When I heard about this show last night, I broke out Twin Cinema and I'm just always amazed at how great his drumming is on that album and how he's really the driving force on that record. I'm looking forward to finally catching them live. Their recorded stuff is produced so well, was just wondering how it all translates live.

Matt

pellboy, I've seen them a half dozen times now over the years and they've never disappointed me live. They play their songs pretty straight up without much difference from the albums, but they are a really tight live band.

Tim Finn

they're real good live. yep.

Joe

I'll echo that. One of the more enjoyable live bands. in this outfit, Neko gets to showcase her power and range. Pretty awesome stuff --- and no autotuner!!!

pellboy

Cool, I expected as much because of the quality of all the parts.

Bill

Right. And the sum of these parts adds up to even more. Synergy!

Dexter Morgan

good band opening up too...The Dodos
