The finale of "Private Practice," a spin-off of "Grey's Anatomy," will feature the song "Time to Go," written and performed by Sara Swenson, a singer/songwriter from Kansas City. Above, she talks about the song and its meaning. The show airs at 9 tonight on ABC (KMBC/Channel 9). For more information, go here.
