My first experience with Other Lives was at the Jackpot.

Since then they've toured with Bon Iver and will soon be with Radiohead (just a month later @ the Sprint Center).

This is the last call for seeing this band in a venue like The Jackpot. Just ask anyone at their last RecordBar show, or the last several Lawrence outings.

Let's send our neighbors from OKC off to their much deserved success on a Monday night in Lawrence.

Well, I sure hope Other Lives are better live than on their website video. Hate to go Mellowfest Troll, but considering the current climate for that type of sound, you're right, they're probably primed for some major success. Doesn't anybody make music with hooks anymore? Thank you for that, Bruce. While your new single doesn't blow me away (basically Working On A Dream Redux), I still can't get the tune out of my head after just 2 or 3 listens. Excuse my simplistic old fart tastes, but I just can't seem to wrap myself around some of this new stuff. Holy shit, can it be that Kilroy Was Here was actually somewhat prescient?!
