Swap At Dawn for Victory Dance in the encore.

I heart beard rock. Great time at Starlight Monday.

Matt Roberts

Yeah, I didn't hear At Dawn last night. Also, One Big Holiday had the biggest response of the night, in my opinion. The crowd went nuts once that guitar started. Another great MMJ show.

BrainOfJHA

At Dawn was on the setlist but not played, unfortunately. Great show!

913KCKKID

Great show, great review, nice Mason Proffit reference! I was shocked the crowd wasn't bigger.

My first time seeing MMJ, and those guys really rocked! Reminded me a bit of Gov't Mule in that respect. And they had a very effective light show to go along with the music.

I saw Band of Horses open for Pearl Jam a year or two ago at SC. They were much more impressive this time, very entertaining. I really enjoyed their set as well.

All in all a good night of live music. Pretty warm show, so lots of girls in their summer clothes!

Sin City Disciple

Really surprised by Band Of Horses. I have a few of their albums, but not really blown away. But live, they were excellent.

First time (finally) seeing MMJ. Fun show. Mr. James is much more of a showman/frontman than I was expecting. Lots of energy from the crowd as well. Despite being about 15 feet from a stack of speakers the size of a school bus, the sound was pretty good. Vocals lost a time or two in the mix, but I honestly can't tell what he's saying half the time on the albums anyway, so no biggie. Good time all around!
