Tonight's lineup: Kathleen Edwards, a Canadian who traffics in alt-country/Americana. Her opening act: Last Town Chorus, featuring singer/lap-steel guitarist Megan Hickey. Above: Hickey's transcendent cover of David Bowie's "Modern Love." Edwards does a fine cover or two herself, like "A Face in the Crowd" by Tom Petty. Knuckleheads just keeps on pulling in better and better acts. I've always enjoyed the venue and this should be a incredible show tonight. For those who have never been to Knuckleheads, tonight would be a good time to check it out. Kathleen's new disc is really good and I was impressed with the music I have heard from openers, Last Town Chorus. Can't wait.......
