Cretin 66 is on a holiday bill at the Brick. The rest of the lineup: the Otta Styles and the Palpitators.
Davey's Uptown has a solid-lineup for fans of Americana/roots/alt-country: Elkhart, Mike Nicolai, the Afterparty and the Hot Dog Skeleton. Cover is $6.
The Soul Providers, a soul/hip-hop collective, headline a holiday show at the RecordBar. Show time is 10 p.m. Cover is $7.
California Voodoo will re-create the music of Widespread Panic at the Riot Room. Show time is 9 p.m.
And Vedera headlines a show at the Beaumont Club. Also on the bill: Audiovox and Another Holiday. Show time is 7:30 p.m. Cover is $12.
