Another bloated music agenda this week. Saturday is especially insane: two radio-station festivals and a great show in Lawrence plus Alejandro returns to town. Unless you're Batman, you've got some choosing to do. If you like Celtic rock, this is your week, too. Oh ... and Michael Bolton is in town.

Looking forward to the sultry sounds of Janiva Magness tomorrow night at Knuckleheads. She was really good the last time her and her band played there. Being a fiend for Power Pop, I may have to race over to the Record Bar after Janiva for Foxy Shazam. Good times......
